Family Pumpkin Bread Recipe

My mom and grandma have been making this for as long as I can remember. Its the best Pumpkin Bread I've ever had, and disappears quickly around family/roommates/humans/dogs. The recipe makes 2 large loaves in loaf pans. Loaf.

1 cup oil (preferably veggie oil, but not olive)
3 cups sugar
4 large eggs

MIX THESE TOGETHER IN MEDIUM BOWL

3 1/3 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Nutmeg
1 tsp. Ginger
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)

16 OZ. Pumpkin-2 cups (read below for when to add)

MIX THESE TOGETHER IN LARGE BOWL

1. Pour the egg/sugar mixture slowly into the flour mixture. Make sure you mixed the flour bowl pretty well before dumping the wet ingredients in there.
2. After that mixture is set, add the Pumpkin in slowly.

Pour into 2 loaf pans or cupcake pan
Cook at 350 for 1 hour.

Enjoy!

Yea dont use olive oil and dont use wheat flour! The bread tastes best when baked in a cake tin shaped like a huge penis. Hey don't judge me, a tin is a tin!

oh man, i missed it! let's give it another try with the right ingredients and maybe some frosting on top? maybe a little supplemental latte? 'tis the season, right? and yes, in a penis tin.
